Week 3: Making It Yours
By now, you’ve gently begun to return to yourself — noticing what supports you, what falls away, and how to come back with love, not pressure. In Week One, you planted seeds. In Week Two, you recommitted with compassion.
Now in Week Three, it’s time to start making this your own.
This week isn’t about mastery. It’s not about doing it “right.” It’s about integration — weaving these practices into the fabric of your life in a way that feels personal, meaningful, and sustainable.
Because the truth is: awareness only truly deepens when it becomes part of how we live, not just something we remember once in a while.
The Invitation for Week Three:
Begin to notice when and how the practices feel most alive for you.
Are your check-ins more powerful in the morning light, or at night as you reflect?
Does the 90-second pause feel natural when you’re overwhelmed at work, or after a tough conversation?Adapt and experiment.
Maybe your grounding practice becomes a walk. Maybe your evening check-in becomes journaling with candles lit. Let your intuition shape how these practices evolve.Deepen your connection with yourself and your inner dialogue
Ask it questions. Pause to listen. Notice how it responds when you’re tender with yourself, or when old stories come up.
This week is about trusting yourself more deeply. About loosening the rules and instead choosing presence, curiosity, and care.
Let these practices become less of a “to-do” and more of a way of being.
Because you don’t need to do more.
You just need to come home to what’s already here.
Gently. Honestly. With love.
I’m walking this path with you.
